SPAM^® Carbonara

Ingredients

• 1/2 can SPAM^® with Bacon , sliced into strips
• 3 cups cooked spaghetti
• 3 tbsp butter
• 1 tsp garlic, minced
• 1 can cream
• 1/4 cup white wine
• 1/4 tsp oregano
• Salt & pepper, to taste
• Parmesan cheese, grated
• Parsley, chopped for garnish

Directions

1. Melt butter in pan and sauté minced garlic.
2. Add SPAM^® Bacon strips and cook until lightly brown.
3. Add white wine, cream and season with oregano, salt and pepper.
4. Toss in cooked spaghetti.
5. Toss in parmesan cheese.
6. Transfer on a serving plate and top with more cheese and garnish with chopped parsley.
