Ingredients
1 x 340g can of SPAM® Classic, sliced into 8
Fruity Glaze
7g chopped onions
165g chopped dried mangoes
165g chopped dried pineapples
42g glucose
60ml white wine
42g honey
8 slices grilled pineapples
Directions
In a preheated oven at 176⁰C, bake SPAM® for 15 minutes or 5 minutes in a toaster oven. Set aside.
Sauté onions in hot oil over medium heat for 1 minute and add dried fruits.
Add glucose, wine, and honey. Simmer for 2 minutes or until thickened.
Arrange 2 pc of SPAM® and 2 slices of pineapples on top of a bowl of rice. Top each bowl with a spoonful of fruity glaze.
