Delicious SPAM® Tacos

Nachos once said to tacos, "I'm nacho friend anymore," but once nachos tried these Delicious SPAM® Tacos, the friendship was instantly rekindled. So, while tacos can't talk-­o, if they could, they'd talk-­o 'bout their love for SPAM® Jalapeño.

Ingredients

  • 1 x 340g can SPAM® Jalapeño , diced
  • 30g canned black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 90g canned corn, drained
  • 10 yellow corn taco shells, heated
  • Shredded lettuce
  • Diced tomatoes
  • Queso Fresco cheese
  • Salsa, sour cream and WHOLLY GUACAMOLE® Dip

Directions

  1. In large skillet, saute SPAM® Jalapeño until lightly browned. Add black beans and corn and heat until warmed through.
  2. Fill warm taco shells with SPAM® mixture.
