SPAM® Brick Oven Pizza Overload

The pineapples on pizza debate - it’s ruined friendships, made rips in the space time continuum. You could say it’s a polarizing combination. But we’re settling it once and for all.
SPAM® CUBES. ON. PIZZA.

Ingredients

  • "1 pc large store-bought pizza dough
  • 60g tomato sauce
  • 50g grated mozzarella
  • 5 slices buffalo mozzarella
  • 40g onions, cut into rings
  • 45g sliced bell peppers
  • 55g pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 can SPAM® Classic cut into sticks"

Directions

  1. Preheat oven at 200⁰C.
  2. Assemble pizza buy spreading tomato sauce leaving 1 inch edge. Sprinkle with cheese and remaining toppings.
  3. Bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes or until cheese has melted and browned a bit.
  4. Cut into 8 slices.
