SPAM^® Tacos with Salsa Verde

Ingredients

• 1 can SPAM® Classic, cut into cubes
• 4 tortilla wraps 4.5’’
• 1/2 pc white onion
• 1 pc kesong puti
• 1 pc lime
• 1 bunch fresh cilantro
• 3 pcs garlic, chopped
• 1 1/2 tbsp vinegar
• 3 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tbsp mayonnaise
• 1 tsp cumin
• 1 tsp Spanish paprika

Directions

1. Heat oil and pan fry SPAM® Classic cubes.
2. Chop the white onion into small cubes.
3. Crumble the kesong puti.
4. Cut the lime into wedges.
5. Set aside some cilantro leaves for garnish. Chop the rest of the cilantro leaves.
6. Crush the cilantro and garlic into a paste using a mortar and pestle or in a food processor.
7. Combine the garlic and cilantro paste with the rest of the condiments. Season with salt and pepper.
8. Quickly toast the tortilla wraps.
9. Assemble the tacos with the SPAM®, white onion, salsa verde, kesong puti.
10. Serve with lime wedges on the side.
