SPAM® Torta

Studies show that the Earth has a stronger gravitational pull in the morning. It takes two times more force to get out bed, eyes are droopier than usual, and you walk at a significantly slower pace. SPAM® Torta counters this so you’ll be striding your way to the kitchen table.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 can SPAM® Hot & Spicy , chopped
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp garlic, chopped
  • 1 whole onion, chopped
  • 3 pieces tomato, chopped
  • 1 small bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 tbsp all purpose flour
  • Pepper
  • Cooking oil
  • Ketchup

Directions

  1. Sauté garlic, onion, tomato and bell pepper.
  2. Add SPAM® Hot & Spicy and cook for another 1-2 minutes. season with salt and pepper.
  3. Transfer to bowl and cool. Once cool, beat in eggs.
  4. Heat oil in pan and scoop about 1/3 cup of the mixture into hot oil. Cook 2-3 minutes per side or until egg is cooked through.
  5. Serve with ketchup.
